The Drama Academy
Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Subscription Service are between The Drama Academy and the Client.
Effective Date is upon payment of first subscription, and provides access to the relevant training modules and Drama Academy material.
This Agreement remains in place from the initial purchase until Client provides written notice of cancellation
Use of Material
The Drama Academy offers modules of training, including PDF and video format as well as monthly emailed resources.
Client may access and use the material on the website solely for own personal purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Only Client and its Permitted Users may access and use the Drama Academy website using their personal login code, and use of the material must be strictly for it’s intended purpose.
Each Permitted User shall receive a unique user ID, which may not be shared. Client shall require that all Permitted Users keep their authentication factors (such as user ID)strictly confidential and not share such information.
Clients agree to not share The Drama Academy material with any third parties for any use whatsoever.
The Drama Academy retains any and all intellectual property rights to the material provided on The Drama Academy website and any material sent via email.
FEES & PAYMENT
Client can receive a FREE Drama Academy Trial Pack, which the Client may use solely to determine whether to purchase a subscription to The Drama Academy. Client will need to provide their email address for receipt of Trial Pack.
Upon receipt of first monthly subscription, client will receive their User ID and can access their first module.
The Monthly Fee shall automatically renew each month for twelve (12) month periods unless the client provides written notice of termination, thirty (30) days.
All fees are as set forth under Pricing Plans in The Drama Academy website and shall be paid by Client via debit order.
Except as expressly set forth where Client has chosen the Discounted Annual Subscription Option.
All fees are non-refundable.
If Clients debit order is unsuccessful and The Drama Academy has sent Client a payment reminder for an overdue payment, and Client fails to pay the amount due within seven (7) days after receiving such payment reminder, The Drama Academy reserves the right to suspend Client’s access to the content until payment has been made.
Upon receipt of payment for Annual Subscription, client will receive their User ID and can access their first module.
Annual Subscription Clients, will also be sent additional vouchers for the National Eisteddfod Entry Fees as well as Additional Resource Pack upon sign up.
Annual Subscription Clients receive a saving of R1000.00.
Annual Subscription Clients will be sent a renewal application option on the 11th month of their subscription.
All fees are non-refundable.
Bag of Tricks
The Drama Academy will provide a Bag of Tricks every 3 months. This will be sent to the Clients nearest Postnet.
Should the items in the Bag be significantly damaged or broken, the Drama Academy will provide a replacement upon receipt of the broken items. The cost of returning the items via Postnet (R99.00) will be credited to the client’s account for the next payment due.
The Drama Academy will not divulge and provide any third parties with the clients contact details or information.
The Drama Academy will only use these contact details to communicate information relating to The Drama Academy and it’s related studio, Upstage Concepts.
